Testing it out now. I got it to work, but I’m not sure I like it a hell of a lot. Hopefully you are seeing images cycle in the upper right corner of the blog. Too bad this testing has to be live, but I’ll get it sorted eventually.

It appears that “restricted” photos (nudity, etc) don’t make it outside of Flickr to enter the slideshow. I.e., I tried including some of those type photos (which I tagged “unsafe” myself), and they simply do not show up.

When looking for a website server, a photo image hosting service, or similar it is important to review their Terms Of Service (TOS) to see if nudity/pornography is allowed.

Many attractive looking sites end up being “unfriendly” to nudity.

This came up as I looked for a suitable home for this Blog.

It came up again today while looking for image hosting sites.

Blogger has a help FAQ with a list of providers. Picasa was tops on their list…no nudity. Bummer. So I decided to check SmugMug….no nudity. Real Bummer, because SmugMug is an excellent service.

Back to Bloggers FAQ: candidate number 2, Flickr, is nudity and porn friendly. yay.

Hopefully I’ll be adding a Flickr gallery here soon. But I have just a touch more homework to do on the subject.
